To learn the whole Hormone Yoga sequence, including exercises against stress, we do 4 sessions.
Every session has 90 minutes.
You can start with the regular practice already after our first session.
Sessions are available online via Zoom or in-person in Munich and its surrounding areas.
Individual course for a group of up to 3 people, 20% discount for each person.
