- Hormone Yoga for women (hormonal imbalance and menopause)
- Hormone Yoga for men (anti-stress and for male hormones)
- Hormone Yoga for metabolism (lower glycemic level, activate glands, for diabetes)
- Hormone Yoga for immunity

To learn the whole Hormone Yoga sequence, we do 4 sessions.
Every session has 90 minutes. In total 6 hours of practice.
You can start with the regular practice already after the first session.
Sessions are available online via Zoom or in-person in Munich and its surrounding areas.
Individual course for a group of up to 3 people, 20% discount for each person.

What you need for online classes:
- internet connection

- download Zoom (the according to software or app to your device with webcam)

After this One-to-one course, you can schedule extra classes with me to get more smooth into the regular practice. Each class will have 50-60min. and we will practice together online via Zoom.
